The Nucor Cold Finish Group produces a full range of shapes, sizes and grades of cold finished steel bar for today’s most demanding applications.

Nucor’s cold finished products are derived from SBQ (Special Bar Quality), which goes through rigorous testing and quality certification during production. Nucor’s cold finish facilities also offer a variety of value-added processes upon request, including quench & temper, turn grind and polish, anneal, stress relieve, precision sawing, chamfered ends and bearing-quality grades.
